How to be Insanely Productive and Still Keep Smiling
- Make peace within. Most people live in a constant state of inner conflict. When at peace we're able to achieve much more in less time.
- Go to your edge. Regularly. Most people use only a fraction of their capacity and try to save personal energy. Wrong move! The more energy you spend, the more you have.
- Take action. Most people aren't productive because they don't take action. They have dreams and even plans – but they don't follow through. Take that baby step. Now.
- Do what you love. Think about how you spend your time. Do you enjoy your work, or is it a grind?

- You Don't Know Your Obligations. It is common to over commit your time if you are not aware of all your obligations.
- You Have Too Much Life Friction. Life Friction is self-inflicted time management. In other words, you create your own crises by your own actions and disorganization.
- You Lolly-gag. It is amazing that some of the same people that complain they don't have enough time are the same ones that lolly-gag and waste it.
- You Don't Put Your Priorities First. If you don't put your priorities first, it won't matter how fast you work, you may never get to what is important.
- You Try to Do Everything Yourself. We all have the same number of seconds in the day.
- You Don't Finish Things. When you don't finish tasks, you are only creating more work for yourself. Tasks undone actually create more work for you.

- Tell others about your decisions. There's something about telling other people what we're going to do that makes us follow through.
