- Don't Kid Yourself. Living life like a typical busy person may allow you to be productive from time-to-time, but let's be honest. It's no way to live. Is it?

- Start with awareness. Recognize right now that more is possible for you, and it can be achieved.
- Access what you want. What do you want to achieve, learn, accomplish, enjoy and understand?
- Pick your top five. Don't overwhelm yourself with everything on your list.

- For now, don't think. Just start taking small actions.
