Is Your Mind Holding You Back?

Here are 5 ways to recognize when your mindset is holding you back:

  1. Lots of reasons and excuses show up.  Just ask yourself who's in really in control here: you or your mind?
  2. Lack of Consistency or Self Discipline. It means thinking about what you want and then going out and doing what's necessary to get it.
  3. The words "I can't" show up. That little voice can transform a resourceful person into a frustrated and defeated person.
  4. Feelings of Doubt or Uncertainty. If you set goals that break new ground and take you to higher levels of performance then you're bound to feel doubtful at times.
