  6. Resistance Bands - You will be surprised with the type of workout you can get with resistance bands. 
  7. Can-Do Mindset - Positive mind-set moves you forward.
  8. Stick With It - When working out, our inspiration comes from seeing results. When we see results that we like we will work harder so that we can see more results. Stick with regardless.
