Hopefully you would have read the previous chapter articles titled ‘Female Psychology – Introduction’ if not I suggest you do this now before you continue with this article. This article aims to give you a greater understanding of female psychology and why women choose certain men, and how you can improve yourself physically and mentally to be the ideal man for every women. This will teach you one of the 6 fundamentals on the track of becoming a master pick-up artist.
Such as men have certain preferences such as the hip to waist ratio of 1.7 (for safer child birth) women also have certain preferences on men. I’ll give you them in list form first, then I’ll explain each in deep. You will also be surprised that quite a few you think are nessecary won’t show. Foundations – Health -

Also remember that these are the only characteristic that will attract women, they have others but there are the main important factors within female psychology as to why they choose men. If you are great in these areas you will see your dating rate increase dramatically. But, as I said earlier, these are not the only characteristics, so if you see a beautiful woman with a man who doesn’t have these traits you are seeing a unique preference from that women towards that man. They could be built elements such as trust, connection and shared values etc These characteristics I’ve listed have attracted women for generations, and they still work today. So read on now for an in-depth look at each of the characteristics and why they are important to women. Female Psychology
HealthAll animals are biologically driven to find healthy mates, humans are no different. This is because a healthy man can provide food, shelter and protection. Something that is required if the female was to have children with this man, also his children will be healthier since he is healthy himself, and his genes are healthy. Implications of this characteristic

If you’ve read the 6 fundamentals needed to be a master pick-up artists you would have seen this trait. Here, I am going to go into much more detail.
The ability to thrive in groups is an important ability for animals that live in groups, such as us.
In evolutionary times, a man who not respected within his tribe or group hurt his family chances of success. Meaning, less people would be less likely to share resources such as information, food, opportunities and protection.
Have you ever met a man who seems to say and do the wrong thing? His manners are completely different or he talks about things that are inappropriate? I can tell you now that this guy probably doesn’t have a girlfriend because he doesn’t have social intuition.
To improve your social skills I’d recommend reading articles from the social interaction section.
Implications of the characteristic
- Social intuition comes from experience, mainly practise and observation. To improve this trait you need to place yourself in more social situations regularly and make a conscious effort to interact with people. Simply practise, practise, practise and observe!
- Waiters interact with people generally every day. Computer programmers generally do not. Which profession is better for social skills? I’m not telling you to quit your job if it’s unsocial, it’s just you will need to conscious push yourself into more social situations to improve your own social intuition.
- TV and films are not real life. This may sound obvious, but people actually do learn their patterns from TV or films via observation. You need to make a conscious effort not to do this, or better yet spend more time with real people and less time with the tele.
Practise your social skills as well as observe others who have social intuition and you will flourish.
Humour
You’re probably surprised that humour has turned up in this list of evolutionary foundations, probably because you think humour is based on language. If it was based on language that would make it culture specific and not universal.
However, recent research has proven that humour is in fact universal. Humour not only predates language but exists on every culture on Earth. It also exists in some animals such as monkeys, dogs and rats.
Having a sense of humour means you can spread the humour and make other people laugh, this may seem pointless, but it is in fact very important.
“Most laughter is not about humour, it’s about the connection between people”
Laughter is a communication tool as well as many other things. Chimps laugh when they play-fight, to communicate that they are not attacking. More importantly though, laughter crates emotional bonds between people who share it, when you laugh with someone, you feel closer to them. Also, laughter triggers chemicals in your brain that trigger positive emotions. So as you can see people are already predisposed to people who can make them laugh.
I suppose you can argue that humour is in fact social intuition, I’d agree on that, but I gave it its own section because it is equally important.
Implications of this characteristic
- Make a point of observing people who have a good sense of humour. Don’t just look at what someone says; focus on the body language, tonality of the whole thing. Go watch professionals at comedy places if you would like extra help in this area.
- Don’t become a clown! Anyone can get cheap laughs by doing weird or inappropriate things don’t let it be you.
- Don’t take yourself too seriously. A self-deprecating wit, used in moderation can actually display high status and value. If someone makes a friendly joke at your expense that other laugh at, laugh with them.
- There are many types of humour, such as slapstick humour, sarcastic humour, satirical humuor etc. So make sure your sense of humour is wide ranging in as many different humours as possible. The same type of humour over and over can be a bad thing, rather than good.
- Laughter is contagious. Even if you are not producing all the humour, being able to find and laugh at other funny things encourage others to laugh as well. All laughter gives good emotions and social bonding, so get in there and laugh.

This brings us to the end of the foundations of female psychology and evolutionary biology. We’ve covered health, social intuition and humour. If you have all 3 of these you will have –
- Greater chances of survival
- More likely to produce health children
- Can participate and thrive in social groups
- Can make her feel good and everyone around her
Those characteristics alone are not enough to captivate a desirable woman, but without them you have no chance.
To split up the reading I’ve assembled the female psychology series all in to chapters, this being the second chapter. If you’ve not read the first chapter I recommend you to go back to that first, titled ‘Female psychology an introduction’.

Books I Recommend
These books will hold a lot more information than this article supplies alone. My favourites are The Body Language Bible which is an extremely good book if you want to quickly understand women through their body language, and the Secrets of Sexual Body Language which will reveal to you exactly why she is into you. The other books I've listed are also extremely good in this area and I highly recommend them.

Top Questions answered by this article
A. Looks are not that important to women. Looks make up 20% of what women look for in men, so as long as you've got the other 80% (which you get through personality) you can attract any girl you wish. Normally, to get that 20% you just need a healthy appearance. So brush your teath, wash your hair etc. I recommend you check out this article which is all about women and looks - Does A Caveman Know What He Looks Like?
'On The Run' Summary
This is a broken down version of the above article. The 'On The Run' Summary is here to provide you with basic headers and points about the article so you can get the 'idea'.
Health
- All animals are biologically driven to find healthy mates, humans are no different. This is because a healthy man can provide food, shelter and protection. Something that is required if the female was to have children with this man, also his children will be healthier since he is health himself, and his genes are healthy.
Implications of this characteristic
- The easy way out is for me to tell you to just get fit, go to the gym and eat right. But, I’m not going to convince you otherwise if you choose not to. It’s up to you. Having a fit body is a great characteristic and show of health. Women find this attractive.
- Don’t worry if you don’t work out, being healthy and good looking in today’s world consists with the right fashion and grooming. If you are well presented and avoid the appearance of any health problems, you are still in the race with the muscle type guys.
- If you can, tell stories about participating in physical events.
- Never talk about being sick; never bring her attention to anything unhealthy about you.
- Skin problems indicate ill health. It’s fairly easy to cover up common skin problems like acne. You can simply get cover-up make-up that’s the same tone as your skin to cover it up.
- A balding hairline also indicated ill health. If you are going bald, simply shave it all off and be bald.
- If you wear glasses, consider contacts. Some men look good in glasses, most men don’t.
